Solutions :- For account transfer one most important point needs to be remember that if you want to transfer account balances of 2019-20,you have to create first 2020-21 financial year.
After this you have to login from 2019-20yr and then only you will be able to transfer account balances from 19-20 to 20-21
Click on Master > Click on account master > Transfer to Next Year > select site of which site you want to transfer account balances to next financial year > click on transfer.
