Solutions :-

Branch Master is the same as Like Site Master, You can create Branch/Site from the Hr module and also you can create the same from Admin Module.

The difference is that If we will create a branch from HR then it will reflect everywhere in software where-ever it comes.

Click on Master > Click on Branch Master Add> fill the information accordingly> click on save.

Click on List > Click on Search > it will show the total branch in the list you can edit the record for updating the information.
