Solutions :-

To Import SOR we have one format, prepare the SOR as per our system format. Then click on Master > SOR > Import SOR.

In SOR you can Import the data or you can manually add the SOR too.

 Master> SOR> manually add > or Import the SOR. > Download the format > Prepare the data as the download format > then select SOR Group and click on Import > select the file you want to import.

 Click on save.

To Add SOR through Import System

Choose the file and click on save.
